Tele-therapy
Neuro Therapy Nashville has been at the forefront of providing telehealth services to middle TN, and is now expanding throughout the state. We are a group of rehab experts trained in treating stroke, TBI, and other neuro conditions. Telehealth gives you access to specialty care without having to travel from home. Research has found that video therapy is as effective as in-person therapy, and our patients have been very excited with their outcomes. Your brain is unique- it deserves experts who understand that!
Telehealth therapy is done in the convenience of your home through a secure internet connection via video with your therapist. You can use your phone, tablet, or computer to attend sessions.
We are currently offering telehealth PT, OT, and ST.

“I was skeptical about teletherapy, but decided to give it a try when Covid hit. Was I ever surprised by how well is has gone! I worried that there would be no hands-on, but quickly learned that I was being shown how to stretch myself and move my body so that I was not just a passive participant, but an active one. Through the therapist I was learning how to heal myself. Thus, I can work on my therapy whenever I want instead of having to wait for my next appointment. Trista, my therapist, is excellent both at showing me and explaining to me why certain movements and stretches work. If one doesn’t work, she finds another that will. I have dubbed her Saint Trista because she has coaxed movements from me that I thought I would never make again. I look forward to each teletherapy session because it is like a visit from a good friend who cheers me on and shows me the way.”
“I loved my therapy experience at Neuro Therapy Nashville. I had a stroke in April 2020 and was blessed to be referred to Trista for my OT therapy and Isabella for my speech therapy. They are so knowledgeable, professional and fun. They truly go the extra mile for their clients. Some Therapists work off of a protocol. Trista and Isabella customize a therapy plan based on what you want to accomplish as well as what is required. After only 10 weeks with Trista’s guidance I regained most of what I lost and was back to work. I’m doing home self therapy now and still making more improvement. It is a pleasure to watch someone truly love their job and give it their all.I had slurred speech, could not whistle or sing. I can now whistle, sing and people say they can’t tell I had a stroke when I talk. I also had an old labrum shoulder tear from 2017. Trista in 10 weeks discovered some muscle and tension issues in my back and neck that the Doctors and other Therapists did not notice or solve. These issues increased my shoulder pain. I was living with daily significant pain. After only 10 weeks I have days of no pain or less pain. I also have stretches and movements to help relieve pain when it occurs. I have been able to delay surgery for now. I highly recommend this special team of Therapists.”
